It’s exam times in Athens, Georgia. Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia as a first generation Vietnamese American. She left home in search to be awesome and to become interior designer. That is my host, Lam taking a break from stress in her amazing room (above). Stepping into the house, I was being brought into a creative incubator where ideas are being brought to life. I am so happy to be able to come to such a space. I do not have too much time for a good photoshoot because I’m having such a blast hanging out with the bunch. Below are some picture of her places:)
P.S. Check out what we did to the fridge for christmas!
On my second visit to LA, I had the pleasure to be hosted by Ryan Yue on top a Chinese restaurant. This space is filled with so surprise at every corner. I can’t wait to show you guys this studio apartment. Click here for the full post.
The room is covered with paper creating a rustic feel. I love the fact that you could just draw and doodle around the room:)
The Paulaner keg is being rigged to contain a speaker inside!
A sunny afternoon in San Diego. I have never loved the sun so much in my life. Now, I can’t wait for the sun to come out and chase the cold wintery nights away. I have made a short video on the DIY Buffalo Stand we have done for the wedding last saturday. How fun! Click on more to see some of the other DIY they have put together for the wedding.
I’m finally arrived down in sunny San Diego and started my shadowing with Heather from Amorology Weddings. The trip is just a blast after the other. I have the upmost privilege to be surrounded with some of the most talented people. Tiffany, who was also an intern, has so kindly offered her place to me one night. It was a pleasant surprise to step into her house. It is packed with so much ideas, love and clever use of space and light.
After her marriage with Chris, a lead guitarist of a The Howls. Tiffany has brought this place with the help of her dad who is a builder. With a love for vintage find and crafty personality, she has transformed the old place into a modern living space with the coolest vintage furniture. You can look at more photos of the transformation on her blog.
