For the upcoming Christmas season, this is one of the best roasted potato ever. This is one of Jamie’s special Christmas recipes.
6 large yellow potatoes (peeled)
3 tablespoons of butter
6 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon of vinegar
1 rosemary sprig, leaves pickled
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Peel and cut the potatoes into half tennis ball size pieces
Boil the potatoes with salted water for 10 mins.
Bake the potatoes with the butter for 30mins.
Combine orange peel, rosemary, garlic (unpeeled), salt, pepper and vingar. (Mix)
Take the potatoes out from the oven and flatten it.
Sprinkle the mix on top of the potatoes.
Put it back into the oven for 30 minutes and dig in! 🙂
