One of the other perks of having a herb garden, Marinated Feta Cheese! When the season are changing and herb are drying, it time to harvest and make some yummy cheese. I used Lemon zest, Rosemary, Pepper, dried Chili, Pepper and Oregano. The cheese spread on hot toasted bread in the cold winter, Yums!
